    My personal favorite is, you have to put up with the rain if you want a rainbow, it really encapsulates how if you aim for a goal then there’s lots of hard work, early mornings, late nights, dedication and failure that goes into making that goal a reality

    It can even be related to working out, if your going to reap the benefits of working out then you also have to consistently train hard and do hard workouts
